1/4 Cup fresh lime juice                                                                       1 ripe avocado - diced
2 tbsp. olive oil                                                                                    1 large can corn (drained)
2 tsp. sugar                                                                                          1/4 cup red onion
1/2 tsp. salt                                                                                           Cilantro to taste
2 Medium Tomatoes

Mix lime juice, sugar and salt in bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and toss gently to coat and mix.  Serve with small rounds of toasted French bread.
